This is the misconception. Gambling is the game of luck; are you lucky enough to win everytime? of course, you won't be able to make a living through gambling. The profit won't be constant and even manipulated. Maybe, the thing that give you this assumption are those people who won big time, if it is, I want you to know that they have loss more than their winnings. To avoid gambling addiction, know what you are engaging yourself with. Gambling SHOULD be an activity for entertainment not for players to earn money from.

I totally agree with this.Profit from gambling should not be considered as something that would give you 'millions'. This is the common misconception as you have mentioned. Not everyone is lucky enough, and not all the time, they are lucky to win from time to time.

Exactly. I personally, do find enjoyment in gambling but I never assumed to earn millions from it. It is just my way of killing the time after hours of work.
