That's the point, don't focus too much on the current price, prices can change very extreme due to fluctuations, worrying about the latest prices will only stress you out, optimistic about future prices, it will make you more relaxed, have you accept all the risks right?

Indeed! Overthinking, panicking, and being so stressful on situations that are out of control couldn't help us at all to decide and think creatively. Stay calm, know your goals, set plans and priorities. If plans don't work, change the plans and strategies, but not the goals. Never lose hope, this bear market is temporary. Trust and believe its potential that it can positively recover.

If you are that kind of person which do really have positive views inspite on experiencing problems then it would really be great but not all people would have the same behavior.
Most likely people would surely react on current market conditions which they do know that they are already losing money and panicking is really an inevitable thing.
Stress will follow which in result to less effective trades.
