There are a lots of scam ico in the history of ICO in 2017 as well as 2018 so it is very much difficult to trust on any new project though there are several good projects which has come and also coming.

This is the case, some projects have been Scam, now we are in new regulations for the ICO, the new projects have to comply with a regulation they must present, this leads to the frauds decrease. It is positive, we can not stop believing in Blockchain technology, many people have been joining these projects, which greatly increases the market, and many projects are going to bring progress through technology.
