I was travelling abroad and happen to visit casinos but i was in flip flops and as per the rules a proper attire was must. I was not being allowed inspite of me explaining I cam from abroad and will be leaving tonight and was not aware of such policy etc. But they where strict with the rules and I had to return back form their.

That was awful that you have experienced that scenario like you were being pushed away from the casino just for not having that dress code they have based on their policy. Maybe you have just get into a classy casino wherein players are from a high valued society that is why they have strict restrictions based on the policy they have set. Well, it is just good because it is according to the rules. In my case, I haven't experienced something like thar because it is just like 2-3 times I have gone into a casino in which I first do a research for what to wear to avoid such scenario because on my part which maybe you have also felt, it feels shameful because all you want to do is play but they didn't even allow you to enter just because you are not wearing the desired clothing for their casino.
