Avoiding stress is actually a good idea for everything, not just bear market. If you get stressed too much you will make wrong moves, when you make wrong moves it can cost a lot. Stress is a killer, and that`s the truth in every way you can think off. Living without a stress and trading without a stress sounds like mission impossible, but when you can`t avoid it try to lower it as much as you can. It`s never pleasant to see your investment going down, have in mind that you can`t change much and that stress can`t help, so chill and wait for better days.

It's much more easier to stay calm having many long-term investments. Diversification is a key to calmness, stability and success. And it's the same for every life activity.
