Yea, its seems to me. Here is Archived website, according to roadmap their services should launch completely on Q4,2018. But its offline now, that means they have exit with fund. I don't found any updates also on their social media, so is it not a exit scam ? Although tagging them isn't not going to helpful but they deserve it. I will take a look on BM during my free time.
