Is the swap platform actively working yet, I made an account there like the instructions you gave, I then made two small sample deposits to the address generated by https://swap.resqchain.org/home for depositing my old resq, and yet the confimations on the block chain have gone through, but the RESQ Swap site itself is not showing deposits or sending the coins along to my new RESQ chain wallet,

this is the confirmation to the address provided to me on the RESQ swap site of = QVWRGVKxHYuhfeRVpr1GNVBrwzSnyvg5QD

I did mine the other day and got my new coins in less then an hour

Thank you for your feedback! The difference in obtaining new coins RESQ may depend on some factors, but most likely it is frequency of loading applications for the automatic platform, at the moment all transactions are successful
