the new investor who came to this field for the first time while he was investing he definitely think it is the best time to invest and get the profit in the future but the problem is the existing investors will not take the risk again for investing give some fear for anyone.

I don't think we know when the lowest price happens. I think, like now, where prices are cheap, provide an opportunity to invest, it will be better if it is gradual and use free money

yep, that's good strategy .we should not use all of our money into single transaction to prevent if price continue move down.we still able take opportunity when price going lower again.
