You don't realize, speculation is managing this market. If you want to raise your tokens price, you must buy a lot of accounts to advertise. Therefore, people are still buying these accounts. I have just sold many accounts for ico startup.

maybe so but anyone buying and/or selling an account should be not be trusted and should be banned. Buying/selling accounts totally undermines the entire meaning/purpose of those accounts.

Im here since 2013, who isn't reliable? I sold more than 600 accounts and everyone pleased for trading with me. A lot of people joined Bitcointalk campaign for earning money and when they get paid, they bought more Bitcoin for holding. Buying and selling accounts are legal in here. Someone may give red trust because of their arrogance but they are pathetic according to me.
