This is exactly what You noticed! I met projects which have White Paper-it's a fantastic novel ))) such a wild abstraction people write that you wonder how anyone risks investing in such things their money.
Sometimes it is difficult to understand that project is a scam if you analyse online it’s technical documentation. I am not that good, but I home I will master this skills)
