It's not listed on bitfinex. The coin that's listed in bitfinex was only SEE and Seer is simply as SEER. And you can check in the coinmarketcap that it is not listed on big exchange.

And for that link you gave, it was July 5, 2018. If the coin stayed that low since the date it was listed, it might be taken out.

1.) It is 100% listed on Bitfinex! Look at the logo of it on Bitfinex!!



All the projects on Bitfinex, they use a short form, which is 3 letters, that's why they short "SEER" as "SEE".

2.) We can see the offcial website, social media, erc20 smart contract from this official announcement by Bitfinex https://support.bitfinex.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006562814-SEER, all these prove that it is SEER project that condcuts the campaign here, and it is the real SEER.
