I think this time in mid-July is the right time to buy altocoin that has been popular .. to hold up its price rise .. because I observed already about 6 months bitcoin prices declined after the new year yesterday .. and now in the middle of the year when it will back up the bitcoin price.

absolutely it is the best opportunity to buy and hold the investment but the problem is we cannot have the prediction about the future this will be the only thing make some distraction about the investment today otherwise then you people will always likes to invest right this type of situation for them it will be a good opportunity.
