absolutely it is the best opportunity to buy and hold the investment but the problem is we cannot have the prediction about the future this will be the only thing make some distraction about the investment today otherwise then you people will always likes to invest right this type of situation for them it will be a good opportunity.

If we started by accepting this risk, there is not another choice but to choose the best one. The current situation is also good to collect from cheap price for future. Get it, and just wait, you will make good profits.
