If your CPU runs on 100% load when you have the wallet open, you probably have installed a hidden miner which works for somebody else.

Just looked and the CPU ussage was wayyyy up on mine .... Where is the official GUI wallet? Can't seem to find it

I'm bit confused too. Until set correctly to the homepage or maxcoin github, I'm not using the wallet I have installed ( since I can't remember where I downloaded it from) and will keep my balances elsewhere.
Somebody please ask the maxcoin twitter for the official wallet?
