@davinchi - While I can't comment on another player's account, I can say that the KYC process requires specific documentation that needs to be provided. Without this we are unable to complete the checks necessary for verification which will cause delays while we reach out to request the correct information.

I provided all the documents, even some in different languages. The question is not in the number of documents, but how long will they check my documents? Do you think this is a very difficult process? In my opinion this is illegal holding of other people's funds.
