If you are loosing, it means you must change the way you did on trading. It shows that your methods was not effective, although holding a coins is one of the major factor that could help us to earn in the future where it could be huge or small profit.

Well its really hard to take profit and survive in bear market but only those who can face and overcome it will likely to gain profit after its already over.

If there's no effective strategy to apply then you should consider hodling instead of thinking how you can earn during this time.

Bear market is not that bad, just think its an opportunity rather than a hindrance to earn.
