From our current technology, obviously no, life cannot exist yet on Mars. There's many aspects that we need to consider life for example the difference in the atmosphere of Mars to earth which makes it inhabitable.

Humans cannot even yet live on the moon then why think about living on Mars?

Yes, and again, today's technology cannot yet make it possible to live on Mars and it would take a long long time for it to be possible. Well, life's on earth is not that bad though, you can even play on the internet and earn money.
