This is the problem, to me BOB is not a victim AT ALL. This is stupid there is no point in this analogy where we can say BOB is a victim.
Justifications for allowing victims of crime to take matters into their own hands should take the form of a legal or philosophical argument, rather than a simple statement that "this is stupid". F-.
