Shitty coins are useless to resurrect. But really, I agree that many good ICO projects have now failed due to the current stagnation of the cryptocurrency market. Perhaps these ICO projects can be of some help. You just have to see what happens with such a coin or tokens after the cryptocurrency market starts to recover.

If the project is good product and have solid developers team, i am believe the token price will recover again. But if its about pump and dump coin or token, i dont think the price will recover again.
