I think it is enough for you to wait and better to open a scam accusation thread against this new site to warn others. Absolutely you need to provide valid proofs that you are a victim of this site. Your deposit txid to this site, screenshot of your ignored email/skype or other things to prove that you have 0.2x btc in this site but you cant do anything.

I agree. With the correct thread, his issue might be resolved fast. The site owner will not ruin their reputation with simple issues.
