Unhealthy trade can be caused by a business competition, if large traders start competing to master the price, what happens is the price volatility deliberately by large investors, the goal is to create market panic and result in a drop in cryptocurrency value. This is usually done if there is a trade war that aims to destroy the opponent.

That's how things work. And the effects of these big fishes manipulating the price can be too hard for some people to handle. I agree thay stress is probably the top reason that makes trading unhealthy for normal people. It can really be stressful if you're seeing your hard earned money slowly being chipped away by market volatility. Solution? Get away from it all every now and then. Successful trades don't mean shit if you get sick from the stress.
