The hunters and investors are just risk takers. The worst is asking KYC from same people that entrust their fund and time to those invincible individuals. Ask the team of any ICO project to come up with their KYC and see what happens. It might just be same two or three individuals that pose as admin on telegram or other social media.. Lol

KYC is not important for bounty hunters because it is not commensurate and is more suitable for ico developers. but it seems that if the right project will be managed by the team clearly and transparently and the company's address matches their white paper. but this is not always true, I think they are also scamers
