No need to write to anyone. I order two cards in June 2018 and I did not receive anything from Minex. They were rejected by two cards providers, and they promise a new one. is not known when but we have a promise.

I agree that the project has not been able to work correctly for a long time. But many people have already received their card, and I am in this number. Obviously, this problem is now, due to poor cooperation with the card supplier.
