It's POST fee.
The PPS fee is 10%.
It's currently 0.00002531254692628 per share @ Difficulty 1777774.4820015.

You multiple the PPS with the current difficulty, it's about 45 BTC. 5 BTC of 50 BTC per block is... 10%.
