Dogecoin is already in more than 100 known exchanges with around 300 pairs total, having already more than 1000 BCT volume regularly each day from them. I think Binance may list dogecoin any time after it realizes it can earn too much from dogecoin trading. No need to pay Binance for listing dogecoin
Big exchanges are very important in current scenario we can't deny the importance of this. At the moment it missing Binace, Okex and Houbi if it would being listed there than this will bring new twist into this journey and it will get more big volume.
Again one more guy who says that just a new exchange will change everything, but that won't happen. You need a lot of positive things come together.
