Yes, free tool but you are having a paid version too, right ? I do see this contradiction on the OP itself, it is like 100% free for limited signals and if we need "all the signals" then need to purchase a subscription.

Maybe it is free and exclusive to bitcointalk users and other users need to pay for signals? Somehow at some point, this "free" will eventually be a paid one.
