Probably the best advice is to take a break from investing and spend some time learning more about it. Take a specific domain of investments and start searching informations about it. How the market works, how to use different tools in order to make profit, what mistakes you should avoid and everything else that could help you. You could also hire an experienced person to give you some courses about how to invest.

Right because lack of knowledge causes many problems not only for the market but for the investor as well, so this problem needs reduction and it is possible only when investors will become honest with their market investment and never sell for panic, try to learn whenever you get the chance, there are so many other ways to gain knowledge than hiring someone and pay him, better get help from google and YouTube.
