Last time I contacted BFL I was told they're supposedly still sending small refunds out occasionally. That was a few years ago and probably wasn't even true at the time though, so...

I did not choose to get payed back in Bitcoin. Instead I wanted my Fiat back from them. never heard anything from them.

Took (and got) the refund (back then). Happy to have recuperated part of my "investment"... Last I "heard" Josh was working at some indoor-parachute-diving company. And Sonny Vleisides I guess is enjoying the fruits of his "work" somewhere, designing his next "product"... Or he's switched to acting...

I had several orders. I basically tried every option. The only thing that panned out was the delivery of units, which if I had to do over again I would have requested delivery of them all so that some funds could be recovered. I think I lost somewhere around 400 BTC as a result of BFL's incompetence. Shocking that they didn't refund anything to the remaining customers and avoided lengthy jail sentences.
