I am more upset about the fact that exchange is not even working. And now they are blaming the users in telegram for complaining about it, as the ceo just gave an answer that the reason is AWS and we should be happy when they are even bothering to tell us that. Really classy.

Not the kind of update that people will understand after a week of silence. When a site is down, it should be in the immediate concern and must be solve as quick as possible. Do you even know what AWS is? Can you tell us what that is please?
