If OP's really serious about "Fulfilling requirements", either submit your ID to an exchange and use your bank account, or go to either Paxful/Localbitcoins, and submit your ID there in a P2P trade. (But be wary that you're almost certainly paying a whopping fee. (Ranging anywhere between 10-30%, even with your ID verified.)

If you have a verified paypal from EU / IBAN, you could maybe use CV.io without the need of KYC.
