best thing to do is to contact their live support in the site cause waiting here may take few hours and support usually reply instantly , you can find live support at the bottom left corner
it's weird tho cause I never waited for any of the deposits I made , all of them got credited instantly after I sent so there must be a technical problem going on

Bitcoin dropped just enough to get the deposit balance bellow 0.001 btc ,which is their minimum, so it was my fault. all fixed now.

That is good and I was following this complain and I have learned something from this. The up and down of bitcoin price directions affect confirmation of transactions and the amount of the satoshi involved also do affects withdrawals too.
