Trolling - probably not. I don't even know if an enforceable definition of trolling exists here on this forum, much less anyone getting banned for that.

LOL, busted. Yes, there is a definition. Let me rephrase my statement. I don't see it being consistently enforced so I don't bother reporting under that rule.
For example flat earth is obvious false nonsense, and notbatman and a few others are "habitually" posting that shit however I can't imagine them getting banned any time soon. Cryptohunter is firmly in that same category but as long as he veils it in some sort of "fight for freedom of speech" BS - he's probably immune too.
Trolling (тpoллинг, п. 3) is indicated as one of the ban reasons for some members in the Russian locale
Now if we could get CH to start posting on the Russian board...
