Definitely, but maybe there are some instances that the developer might hodl huge token and somehow make a fraudulent act that can affect the market in some ways. What if he can create more ETH volume just for himself? We know ethereums volume is infinite and that cannot be impossible to happen.

infinite volume after a bomb can become critical for fraud. whales can start behaving inappropriately at any time.
