of course IEO is effective than ICO, with guaranted on that exchanges self, is better than nothing.
its mean, the exchange know exactly who the CEO,team or another part of the project.

Indeed, IEO is extremely amazing for collected funds and hopefully it will last longer. Even though IEO is a new thing, it immediately gets attention in our eyes. While ICO is not the best way to start, hate to say it, but still many projects are trying their luck to do it successfully.

as far i know, IEO is a old thing .
but since binance have a huge success , making it like rising again.
