Because I know that exchange projects are the easiest to develop especially now IEO ( initial exchange offering) is growing

What attitude IEO have to their coin? They have ICO a long time and people had big hopes, but coins still not listed at no one good exchange after several years...

This will be our question until the following years before one of them answers this question
Even though there is no harm in adding new exchanges, do they have financial difficulties or are too confident in their own exchanges?
