You are asking on how to add avatar on your profile? If yes then follow this step, Go here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2546739;sa=forumProfile (under Profile > Forum Profile Information) and click on "Avatar" now you can just upload your avatar.

I see already many forums are online. What is different in your forum? if you are creating/launching a new forum even after there are already many then you should focus on any one point to attract more users.

First our forum is not just a foum as we are a Discord group and website first. We have many active members on the team and alow everyone to chat and text all at one place. I whould have made a forum only if thats all it was going to be. We are much more than just a forum. If you choose to use or not to use our forum we are an awesome place to be able to talk with people that stay highly active on discord. Hence Crypto Talk not Crypto Forum 😉😎
