You can only see the date when he received those tags not the exact time.

TBH I don't think this proves much. It's possible that seeing red trust on his account prompted him to look into his outbox. But I find the whole story highly unbelievable. Who would want to frame some random shitposting bounty hunter? Maybe it's a merit sale gone wrong or something.
