Usually if you've been hacked there will be a manual recovery made by the staffs if I am not mistaken. Therefore the status should at least be ( manual recovery, ownership change queued) or if you recovery your password true email (password reset via email)

My password was my phone number. Someone hacked it and sent pm to many people. When I see it, I changed my password quickly.

Though I do not agree but also at the same time I do not disagree too. I same your password has been changed yesterday and also today. So, if pm sent between this password changed time than you may right. I have seen information about your password change from BPIP.
Now to proof your ownership I think you should sign signature from your staked bitcoin or ethereum address.

I have just seen that you have sent merit 17 minutes before the password changed for a 2nd time. Merit sent time 4/10/2019 4:58:30 AM and password changed time 4/10/2019 5:51:54 AM.
