And about the earnings 0 is because there were no popup campaign and as i can see you were getting only popups so that is why it was 0 though popups are already up today.

How we can know when you are having any active campaigns? I should not depend on your ad network only. will popup ads or blank popup opens even you don't have ads?

CPC banners are always up 100% for popups there is no way of telling user but we almost have popup campaigns coming everyday and we are as well bringing new advertisers so popups will be available almost 80% of the time. We do have direct ad campaigns as well with 100% fill.
