1) merit selling in future
2) will be used as a high rank scam bounty topic starter (people will trust more to Sr.Member, than to Cooper member)
3) will be used for any other kind of scam promotion
4) will be sold or are being sold atm on different webpages/forums.

...Besides, "buying an account in good faith" and use it to spam bounty links...this sounds a bit weird to me

Do you think that totally new person to Bitcointalk knows what this means: "18. Having multiple accounts and account sales are allowed, but account sales are discouraged" if high-rank members with years of experience don't know for sure what that means until today? Together with countless other members caught after buying or selling and distrusted. There are threads popping up in meta frequently from such members....
