Yes, you can apply filters and choose people by interest.
You have to choose a crypto related interest in your account settings and TWIENDS.COM will provide you people with the same interest in the "same interest tab" on the left side of the screen.

From what I know the only measure they used to check Twitter accounts was/is Twitter Audit and as you see there is no problem to get even 99% when using TWIENDS.COM because all these followers are real people and majority of them don't stop to follow even after 2 years. Just look to my Twitter account.
