Stake Campaign's remaining animated avatars are easy to find though, all you have to do is look at the spreadsheet and check each participant's profiles.
If you think that it's really annoying, then make a thread with list of users with annoying animated avatars and report it to the admin for manual removal.

Stake signature campaign don't have a public spreadsheet which is kind of weird but already accepted by many members that it is okay to maintain privately.But I don't think even if we are going to report it to the manager he is not going to do it since they are giving extra bonus for who is wearing old animated avatars.
