Education is really needed, but what does HIGHER EDUCATION mean HERE? For me, education is really important but when it comes to working job, SKILLS are more important in every type of work. Once that you are intelligent but doesn't have skills, you still didn't get the trust of your boss. Why? All of BOSSES now wants to have their employee a lot of skills and strategy especially in other counties but here in our country they are still seek an employee who has a high degree.
