This would probably be helpful. I know I was never even told I was placed on DT1 or what it was. I didn't learn about the system until people started making crazy accusations about my use of it.

This is the exact type of response I was talking about. I left honest feedback for repeated successful interactions with longtime users and am targeted because Vod doesn't like those users and incorrectly assumed this meant I added them to DT2. How truly shameful.
