All these bots have that feature, but I prefer to do the Bot message and channel join because they pay the most.
They also require only three clicks in total which you can do pretty fast. Just do the /start command fast and forward the first message they send back.

The first few bots I listed can be faster with websites when you click the link, let it load for a bit and close after. The timer will continue to run and you still get paid. That way you can use three bots at the same time. Just a small tip. Cool
