You give too large functions to the antivirus. Scammers can use such methods that can not be neutralized by antivirus. This is protection against software that hackers will create. Scammers do not always use such software.

ICO address should be seen by their investors (if there is none, how could they earn money through their ICO?). I agree with you if their reasons are not published for fear of being hacked and your suggestion is also good to ask them to send via email but I think they will never be published and tell anyone about wallet of Ico
