I havent known of your passive type of lottery where you buy tickets and wait for the result, here we buy ticket and scratch them to see if the ticket have jackpot results like cash or kinds. So I think its not called lottery.

it's a lottery online based i think, because the lottery you talking is on real life so you need to scratch them

1. I prefer passive
2. higher odds lower prize, because if my lottery won i will buy another one again until i got the jackpot
3. Maybe around 10~20$
