Complaining from days to days make the case complicated and to solve the problem it take more time then usual. So, after creating a support ticket or sending a message ticket creator or message sender should wait at least 72 hours to get response.

Agreed and to get and check same email for same reason is also boring. We can save their time and as a result we may get response fast if we stay away from unsolicited private message.
