I don't know about a service that ties addresses to Bitcointalk accounts, but there's a service similar to OP's.
https://bitcoinwhoswho.com/This service also shows you on which websites an address has appeared.
You can also just Google:
site:bitcointalk.org ADDRESS_HERE
It will show up every place the address was mentioned in the forum.
Ah yeah, I always forget the syntax of that function on Google.
Not that useful for me anymore though, since I've almost completely switched to Duckduckgo, which isn't exactly better but I'm trying to replace a lot of Google services with alternatives.
