I'm using the latest windows cgminer from http://max.1gh.com

I'm getting 105 kh/s and around 23 WU - make sure your wallet is not generating or cpu mining at the same time with cpuminer that kills half of the hashing power.

so set gen=0 in your maxcoin.conf or type "setgenerate false" in the console
